I received your card of appreciation and wanted to thank you. I also wanted to compliment the two men at the location in Downers Grove off of Butterfield Rd. I purchased a Vision treadmill and am very happy with it. I went to the store based on a recommendation of two friends. I forget their names but I believe they are Ken and Ben. The first one, Ben, was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations based on what I wanted, he actually listed to what I wanted! I had been to a couple of competitors and they constantly recommended high level models with more programming on the display, something I did not want. So, I was called two days later with a promotion that was running early for Black Friday. I was completely satisfied buying the treadmill. When my treadmill arrived, I was called immediately, again good customer service. They told us to call them if we needed any help setting it up, mind you it was Black Friday. After setting it up I had a faulty safety key, they said to come in and exchange it, so easy. After that I got an error code that was not listed in the book and they had never seen. So after the store closed on Friday, Ken came to my home and tried to fix it. Amazing! He was unable to and called the Vision service rep. Who actually answered his phone and it was an easy fit! He obviously had a long and busy day at work and probably just wanted to go home but again their customer service was outstanding. I will continue to purchase any equipment from your store as well as recommend it to anyone that will listen!
