Shopping Cart Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and we must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to: insufficient availability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance personnel. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

While 2nd Wind Exercise strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, 2nd Wind Exercise shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, 2nd Wind Exercise may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Free Shipping

*Free shipping applies to all orders within the 2nd Wind market.

Free shipping and assembly applies to orders within 50 miles of the nearest 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment location.

Free shipping and drop-off at the customer location applies to orders shipped to customers residing more than 50 miles from the nearest 2nd Wind location.

Return Policy: Within 15 days of product receipt.

1st 15 Days: Installed Equipment (50 Mile Radius from Nearest Store Location)

A. Full return of purchase price. New merchandise must be returned in original packing materials, to include manuals, DVDs, hardware, etc.
OR
B. In store credit, full purchase amount.
OR
C. Exchange for merchandise, not to exceed original purchase price.

1st 15 Days: Truck Shipment (Greater than 50 Miles from the Nearest Store Location)

A. If product is damaged while in transit, 2nd Wind will coordinate the replacement of product at no charge to the customer.
OR
B. If product is damaged while in transit, 2nd Wind will coordinate the return of the product and full product purchase price.
OR
C. If the product is damaged while in transit, 2nd Wind will coordinate the return of the product and issue an in-store credit.
OR
D. If the product is damaged whil in transit, 2nd Wind will coordinate the return of the product and exchange for other merchandise, not to exceed the original purchase price.

In all cases, the equipment must be returned in its original configuration and original packaging

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Shipments that are undeliverable or refused will be charged a restocking fee of 50% of purchase price or actual freight expense plus 20%, whichever is less.
