Octane hit a home run with this unit...One of the only units I could find with the converging handles. I also love the upper body only feature (standing on the side "cross circuit" pedals.) Purchased the Q37Ci 6 mos ago, love it. Even when I am tired I can get on the elliptical, even for 10 minutes. Muscle tone has come back, flexibility is better. Great work out. I am 57 years old, recently retired & until January 1st of this year was a pack and a half/day smoker. I had smoked cigarettes for 40+ years. Once I quit, I knew I needed to start working out. After much research and prodding by my wife(she quit also),I purchased an Octane Q37ce. Best $3,000 I ever spent. When I first got on, I could only manage 5-10 minutes at a very easy pace. We had our Octane delivered April 12th and after a slow start, I now do a 45 minute cardio every morning. I feel great when I'm done and I've only scratched the surface of what is available. I started out to lose weight after I gained 30 #'s due to quitting smoking. I have lost about 15#'s so far, but the biggest benefit is my breathing is improving. After all those years of smoking, there wasn't much I could do without getting winded.
