I bought my Vision Fitness semi-recumbent bike last year and absolutely can't believe how pain free my knees have been. I have continually struggled with knee pain and haven't been able to do cardio or find fitness equipment that didn't cause my knees a great deal of pain (preparing for future knee surgery).
