Because I suffer from deteriorating disks, my doctor insisted that I give up running. For nearly three months, I've been unable to work out. Exercising on a treadmill bothered my back. I purchased an Octane elliptical and am thrilled with it. I had tried out other brands of ellipticals, but none compare with Octane's comfortable feel. Since I'm only 5 feet tall, getting a proper fit with exercise equipment can be a challenge. Octane works perfectly both for myself and my 6' 2" son. (Posted on 3/29/11)
