Absolutely great strength building tool Review by Larry

I have used this product at FitU for over 2 years. I started training with it several weeks prior to a hip replacement. With that beginning I was out of the hospital in 2 days and back to work in 2 weeks. It is excellent in building endurance as well as strength. It is easy to feel the difference in strength gain using this equipment over using heavy weights (or body weight) without it. I had a problem with joint pain that limited my gains with weights alone. It is true that you do not have the heavy stress on the joints with the Pro5 and still get great strenght improvement. I was so impressed that I bought one to have at home which my wife also uses (we still also go to FitU because of the impressive personal training you get there). (Posted on 4/7/11)
