- About six months ago, under the guidance of my friend (fitness expert) Sean Cochran, I committed to an exercise program centered on a 15-minute (almost) daily Power Plate routine. To date I’m pleased to report a loss of over 50 pounds, stronger legs, increased flexibility, and feeling better than I have in 20 years. To feel this good without knee pain in my mid-sixties is amazing to me. Thanks Power Plate, I’m with you for the long haul! (Posted on 3/29/11)
