The Power Plate is totally legit, and offers an incredibly effective solution for a wide variety of golf fitness and rehabilitation needs. The Power Plate is the single best piece of exercise equipment i have ever used! Just a few minutes every morning is all i need to get my body moving after a long nights sleep and it is the perfect complement to my everyday workouts as well.
