The Power Plate is totally legit, and offers an incredibly effective solution for a wide variety of golf fitness and rehabilitation needs. Having it available on the PGA TOUR fitness trailer has been huge for my performance with benefits like pre-round warm up or improving my overall strength and flexibility.
