Rich Banana Protein Shake

    1 or 2 scoops of your favorite protein powder
    Half a frozen banana
    1 cup almond milk
    1 Tablespoon peanut butter (could use almond butter)
    1 teaspoon cocoa powder
    1 Tablespoon flax seeds
"The great thing about protein shakes is you can put in whatever you want. When making a protein shake just try to avoid too many foods high in sugar. However, it’s good to start with some sort of base and fluctuate what you put in there. The example above could add blueberries. The flax seeds could be substituted with chia seeds.
