Delivery & Installation Technicians

As a Delivery & Installation Technician you will be the last face our customers see before they begin working to get their 2nd Wind. More than just installing products you are the last step in a chain of events that helps both grow the business and reduce our costs.

  • Deliver boxed and assembled fitness equipment to our retail stores and customer homes with care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and follow through with paperwork related to the billing of delivery work.

Service Technicians

As a Service Technician you will be a leader helping us follow through on the promises made to our customers. We need driven, organized, technically skilled problem solvers with exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  • Diagnose problems and repair malfunctioning exercise equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Prepares and follows through with paperwork related to billing for service work.
  • Manage inventory levels appropriately and accurately.

Warehouse Crew

As part of our warehouse crew you are responsible for specialized warehouse tasks in receiving, inventory, customer service, and/or order processing. Our warehouses are the heart of our operation and are the staging point of all of our retail and commercial installations.

  • Receives, counts and records shipment data into the system. Matches packing list information to actual packed merchandise. Prepares packages/merchandise for storage.
  • Record receiving data using computer system.
  • Pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using identification tag, stamp, or electronic marking tool or other labeling equipment
  • Identify incorrect/short shipped items and immediately notify supervisor.
  • Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated area. May operate forklift or other machinery in order to complete tasks.
  • Verify computations against physical count of stock. Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.

Schedulers and Call Center Staff

Problem-solvers. As part of our call center staff you will provide excellent service to our customers by answering their questions, helping to diagnose problems with their equipment and scheduling service calls. This position requires a solutions oriented person with great customer service skills.

  • Coordinate activities of staff to ensure quality customer service is provided within prescribed time and budgets.
  • Develop a working knowledge of 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment’s service policies and procedures.
  • Conduct phone etiquette in a professional and empathetic manner when dealing with customers and employees.
